6 causes of low testosterone ranges in males

So you've noticed that you've been feeling a little more tired lately. Your sex drive is no longer what it used to be. Perhaps you lack the strength, confidence, and thirst for life that you once had. These are all signs of low testosterone levels, but you may be able to reverse them. Your diet, daily activity, mindset, and rest can turn you into a lion or a sheep. When you're ready to take your life back, read on.

You are nutritionally deficient.

As a man, your body is a powerful, complicated machine that needs proper attention. Just making “healthy” decisions is not necessarily enough. Lack of nutrients can lead to low testosterone levels. For example, sub-optimal zinc levels can lead to low testosterone levels. Zinc is important for the production of testosterone and prolactin. It is also a key component in the formation of prostate fluid and a severe deficiency can cause hypogonadism.

It is not always easy to tell if you are nutritionally deficient without testing, unless you have symptoms. In this case it is a significant deficiency. Foods like beef, nuts, oatmeal, spinach, mushrooms, and oysters contain significant amounts of zinc. te that there are foods in every macronutrient category that contain this necessary nutrient, so eating a balanced diet is essential.

"EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!" is a classic statement that you may have heard as a kid that was right. Many nutritional deficiencies can be avoided by simply having a palm tree vegetable with every meal.

You're not consuming enough protein.

This will prevent you from gaining strength, building muscle, and recovering from exercise. A good point of reference is that as a man, each of your protein servings should be roughly twice the size and thickness of your open palm, provided you eat three or four times a day and are active. Your ability to build muscle and gain strength is a sign of healthy testosterone levels. The same applies to the reverse.

You are eating the wrong types of carbohydrates.

When it comes to carbohydrates, they should come off the floor. What I mean is that most of your carbohydrates should be consumed as close to their original form as possible. Instead of potato chips, you eat real potatoes. Instead of eating Chinese fried rice to take away, eat steamed spiced rice. Instead of eating hot wings from the sports bar, eat ... well, you got the idea.

You're not exercising consistently.

Movement is medicine. Exercise plays a role in optimizing your testosterone. Vigorous exercise promotes the release of testosterone and the endorphins serotonin and dopamine during and after exercise. This leads to an increased feeling of self-confidence, joy, and satisfaction.

You feel joy and satisfaction knowing that you are working towards becoming a stronger, healthier version of yourself. Exercise also promotes mental focus, increased energy production, and increased strength. When I get into a funk, great workout always puts me in a positive mental state. It's like someone injected caffeine into my veins and my thirst for conquering the day is rejuvenating.

You don't sleep enough

Sleep is undoubtedly a miracle cure. It's more important to recovery than any bullsh * t. Testosterone boosters or bulk products that you have ever tried that give better results. I have trained numerous men who have lost more body fat, built more muscle, recovered better from exercise, and improved their work and bedroom performance simply by making sleep a priority. I'll go into more detail about why this is so in a future article.

Sleep has personally helped me concentrate more on my work, get leaner, and recover better from my workouts.

Your mindset is fragile and untrained.

An important piece of the puzzle is what you think of yourself on a daily basis. Make no mistake, a positive attitude is a muscle that you need to work out on a daily basis. Your mind is like a garden. If you don't plant flowers (positive thoughts), weeds will automatically grow (negative thoughts). Positive thoughts lower cortisol in the brain and release serotonin, which regulates sleep, digestion, sexual desire, and memory.

Every day you should hear news that motivates and inspires you. There were days when I would listen to something every few hours to help focus on my goals. w I've got to the point where some days I don't need it anymore, but it took a lot of work to get here. Your mindset will make you a king or a sheep.
