IndyCar star Scott Dixon is hoping to drag a championship out of his fitness center bag

For the 11th time in IndyCar driver Scott Dixon's 21-year career, he will head to the final race of the season with a shot at winning the championship. His reign over the series can only be described as bradysque.

Scott Dixon won his first championship in 2003 at the age of 23. To give some context, Steve Jobs would not introduce the first iPhone until four years later. Twitter was three years from its inception, and Uber was just a term to explain the extreme example of a person or object. Dixon now sits second on the all-time IndyCar win list and has six titles under his belt. The seventh would tie motorsport legend AJ Foyt.

Ahead of the season-ending Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey this weekend at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, New Zealander Muscle and Fitness shared some of his training basics.
