If there's one thing peloton riders can count on when they compete in any of Tunde Oyeneyin's classes, it's that they'll be pushed to the limit. As someone who used to be 70 pounds heavier than she is today, she knows what's possible with exercise and purposeful action.

Ahead of a recent drive, Tunde Oyeneyin dived into some of her Muscle and Fitness workout essentials, including some mainstays of her skincare routine. The SPEAK author also shared her current literature choices, the plant protein she reaches for after a sweat, and the shoe of her choice for her strength classes.

I always clean my face after a workout, followed by a good sunscreen for my face and body (a must for all skin types). Good skincare and just a little bit of mascara will brighten up your face in minutes.

ON 100% gold standard plant protein

I've been drinking Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Plant Protein for a while now. It's my favorite piece and having it in my gym bag makes me feel ready for a workout and feeling refreshed afterwards. It's the perfect way to add plants and protein to my diet (24 grams of protein). I love the creamy vanilla flavor.

I always have a shaker on hand. It's the easiest way to whip up a shake on the go for a pre-workout snack or post-workout recovery. Just add your ingredients, drop the ball in and shake it. It provides great consistency on the go.
