Muscles can bring an unmatched presence to the room that speaks volumes. And when it comes to building muscle biologically, it can be difficult to learn, from understanding the intricacies of the layers to figuring out how best to build muscle.
But no matter how impressive muscles can be, the fasciae are the REAL boss.
Understand muscles and fascia, also known as "MyoFascia Tissue"
So what is one thing that you can do to really lift your muscles? Learn more about muscle fascia.
Although the muscles appear large and strong and the fasciae relatively small and thin, when viewed individually, the fascia has the upper hand over the muscle - from the inside out. The fascia determines how the muscles look, feel, and work.
In other words, muscles are the slut of the fascia! True muscle health and muscle mass begins with the microscopic cells that are found in the fascia around each muscle fiber
Fascia can restrict the muscle's ability to grow

In the photo above, muscle fascia can be clearly seen in the ultrasound images in two different (but crucial) stages. The picture first shows what it looks like on a microscopic level before the muscle fascia are loosened. The second picture shows what it looks like afterwards.
* Spoiler alert, the fascia work was done with the FasciaBlaster tools.

Fascia does not “only” enclose muscles like a pillow case. Visualize a handful of drinking straws. If the straws were individual muscle fibers, the fascia would surround each straw. Ultimately, this creates a shell over the top BUT it also creates a fascia network inside the muscle, in every nook and cranny. Any fiber can be strangled by the fascia if the fascia is not healthy. They look "muscle-bound", have no definition, and are limited in terms of growth potential.
Use FasciaBlaster for fascia, period.
Rollers are great for applying pressure, but they "squeeze" over the fascia rather than penetrating it. Percussion rifles are nice to the touch, but they tend to "tender" the muscle and have very little effect on the fascia. The only proven tool to actually penetrate and regenerate the fascia is the FasciaBlaster system.
If you like a multimodal tissue approach, use FasciaBlasting first to open deep into the muscles and THEN use foam roller, massage, percussion, cup, etc. and FasciaBlasting is always best done warm, so right after a workout or whenever you can When you go to a sauna, you will feel next level results!

What does the research say?
In peer-reviewed and published science, it's not just that Fascia Blaster sure, but it was also extremely beneficial in: (1. Effects of fascia manipulation)
- Reduction of systemic inflammation
- Improve collagen remodeling and production
- Promote cellulite eradication
- Increase in irisin or the "superhormones" that help with weight loss and
Thermoregulation
- Increase in metabolic rate
- Reduction of subcutaneous fat
- Increase in hair follicle growth and hair number
With benefits like this one, it's time to make your fascia your bitch!
