How long have you been gluten free? What are some of your favorite gluten-free desserts or treats?
I've been gluten-free for over three years and I've never felt better! When I want a sweet treat, I make dark chocolate and oatmeal no-bake cookies. They're so tasty and actually pretty healthy, or I'll make a garlic hummus with fresh vegetables. I make a mean gluten-free lasagna that is out of this world! I also love making different chicken dishes with some sort of risotto or maybe a sweet potato situation, and I love a delicious butter salad with homemade dressing.

I'm the brand ambassador for HOTWORX, a franchise infrared gym that will kick your butt but also make you feel so good after your workout. I love the hot yoga session and the hot core session. The workouts last 30 minutes and the infrared technology makes you feel great afterwards. On days when I'm not at HOTWORX, I climb the treadmill for 45 minutes with an incline of 9.5 and put on my sweat jacket, which I also go to! I have 40 screws and two rods in my back from my spinal fusion surgery, so doing a lot of stretching is good for my body to build strength as well. And of course I take a few days off because your body needs rest to build muscles.

How did you become the first brand ambassador with HOTWORX? What do you like best about working with the brand?
In all honesty, it's kind of random. I had really big problems finding a workout that I could physically do without hurting myself and my back and nothing worked. I've tried everything - and I mean everything. I came across HOTWORX because a friend recommended it to me and I tried it and fell in love with the concept and the transformation and healing of my body. I'll never forget that I was in a session and for the first time in almost two years I touched my toes and started crying, so I sent my testimonial over an Instagram DM to CEO Stephen Smith without expecting him to responds, and the rest is history! We developed a partnership within a few weeks and I am so proud to be your ambassador.
Tell us about your journey with scoliosis and how surgery affected your fitness routine.
Scoliosis is not a problem. It can be very harmful to the body and more people have it than we think. Mine was so painful, my spine looked like an "S" on my x-rays, and I got to the point where I couldn't breathe, stand, or sit for more than 30 minutes. It is a very vulnerable situation and I struggled hard with a lot of pain before I bit the bullet and did something about it. I was born with this hereditary condition .... my father, grandma, and paternal uncle all have it pretty bad, so I wasn't surprised to find out I had it. It has had a drastic effect on my fitness routine as I am very physically limited. running or heavy lifting, which is why I fell in love with HOTWORX because it does the job without harming your body.

What's the best part about working with your family and directing The Bradshaw Bunch?
I grew up with a father who always worked to provide for our family, but that also meant not being able to spend as much family time together as we always wanted. Being able to spend so much time working with them now has been such a gift because we can finally make up for lost time, and more! I love filming it and we are having a great time!
How will you spend the holidays this year?
I'll be here in Texas with the whole family, just relaxing and enjoying the time together. We grow up at Christmas and have so many fun traditions that I always feel like a dizzy little kid when the holiday season approaches! We cook a lot, play a lot of cards, go fishing, watch movies, make a fire and just relax. My sister Erin has her first baby every day so we're going to have a fresh little bundle of joy here this Christmas that will be so much fun!
t only did you film with your father Terry Bradshaw, you also wrote and recorded your new Christmas single "Christmas To Me" with him. How was it?
It was so much fun! I love Christmas and it's a special time with our family when we all get together, so I wanted to post something that is tailored for this and our traditions as a family. I wanted a song that was warm and cozy to the touch and when I came up with the concept I wrote it in about an hour with my producer Leland Grant and another great songwriter, Stephony Smith. I sent it to dad and he loved it! We both went into the studio and allowed the cameras to film the entire process and since we knew my dad we ended up laughing so much and having a great time that everyone can see this season! It was a very special moment recording this with my father. I will never forget this experience.
Any favorite vacation cheat meals to look forward to?
I love a green bean casserole !! My mom makes it gluten free for me and it's delicious! I char during the holidays as I am so strict with myself all year round so this is really my time to just have fun and eat all of the delicious foods. My dad also smokes a lovely ham which is always amazing and I love the Chex mix for the holidays that everyone does. I usually have to hide the bag from myself! I also love a warm milk sugar cookie ... that just can't be beat.
What are you most looking forward to in 2022? And where can we keep up with you?
I'm an Instagram girl so you can always see what I'm up to, just to go to @racheltbradshaw! I will be releasing more music towards the end of the year and I have a couple of business ventures that we are working on that will be more visible next year and I can't wait to cover more about them. And I'm excited to share all of this with a very special new man in my life, so I'm excited to see what 2022 has in store for all of us!
