Dwayne Johnson's "Project Rock" became an official partner of the UFC in 2022 and today launches a shiny new dual-branded BSR 3 training shoe. Engineered with shock-absorbing cushioning that absorbs explosive shock, these shoes are engineered to propel you from the ground up. M&F takes a closer look.
The Project Rock x UFC BSR 3 is a unisex training shoe that aims to provide comfort in a variety of athletic activities. Particular attention is paid to forefoot flexibility, and while the shoe itself weighs 11oz, Under Armor's patented UA TriBase technology keeps this footwear feeling light by maximizing ground contact and offering natural movement when you need it most. The brand's popular Charged Cushioning® midsole also absorbs shock and converts the returning energy into a responsive shock.

What do the Project Rock x UFC Edition training shoes look like?
Official footwear of the Ultimate Fighting Championship brand, these custom BSR 3s take on the black, red and white color scheme of the MMA powerhouse. They're proudly finished with a white UFC logo band attached to the cleat, and the shoe itself combines red, black, and gray to make a strong statement. On the side of the shoe is The Rock's mantra; "Blood, Sweat, Respect" and BSR stickers are located on the back and sole of the shoe. We think they see the deal!

What activities are the Project Rock x UFC BSR 3's suitable for?
The BSR 3's solid rubber sole gives them increased levels of traction and durability, making them ideal for training disciplines that require stability without compromising flexibility. Whether you're rolling on the mat, running on a treadmill, or striving for your CrossFit best, the BSR 3 has a lot to offer.
