Lee and Hunter Labrada prepare with members of the RWB crew

IFBB Hall of Famer Lee Labrada and his superstar son Hunter Labrada are well aware of their positions in the world of bodybuilding. Aside from being admired by people all over the world, they are capable of giving back for remarkable causes with their headlights. For this reason, they had taken steps to support the members of the Red, White and Blue team (Team RWB).

According to their website, Team RWB's mission is "to enrich the lives of America's veterans by connecting them to their communities through physical and social activities." The event with Labrada was a beneficial way to accomplish both forms of this activity.

“The Team RWB relay began on September 11th in New York City and the flag is being run, walked, carried and passed through several states. It ends in Atlanta, Georgia on vember 11, Veterans Day, ”said Lee Labrada. "It's their way of raising awareness for Team WARC and American veterans."

The Labrada Nutrition team has partnered with Vitamin Shoppe to sponsor this year's season. On October 16, they also invited members of the local group to a "Gym Day", in which everyone took part in a training session. According to all reports, the event was a complete success and the veterans appreciated the efforts of Lee, Hunter, and the Labrada team to support their cause.

Despite being withdrawn from the competition, Lee Labrada still appreciates the fact that he can make a difference.

“It is truly a privilege to be able to help the people and especially the veterans because we owe so much to this group of people for the sacrifices they have made for our country and the service they have done to all of us as Americans . "Said Lee. "I feel great working with them and it has been just as rewarding for us at Labrada Nutrition as it is for the members of Team RWB."

Aside from the work they've done directly, Labrada wants this event to serve as a call to other gym owners in the United States to get involved and partner with veterans in their own parts of America.

“I would encourage gym owners across the country to contact the WARC chapter team that is closest to them and invite them to their gyms. Our vets can motivate members with their can-do spirit. We love her."
