The "Shuttle to Overhead" event was the story of Day 2 and challenges participants to do runs of increasing distance (400m, 600m, 800m) followed by their maximum possible reps with the ruck (set at 300 pounds for the men and 200 pounds for the women) in a three-round challenge.

Jeffrey Adler pulled off a notable performance by scoring 100 points and moving him to 6th place after 19 reps on the Rogue Fitness blocks, while Patrick Vellner struggled to make his reps count when it mattered. But with a third-place finish in the challenge (16 reps), Australia's Ricky Garard maintained a clear overall lead with 461 points at the end of Day 2.
